We aim to process all verified orders within 3-5 business days. Castle Coins reserves the right to cancel any order where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Do you eat, sleep, repeat coins?
Yes, we love them. Not just for their intrinsic value, but for the stories they can tell and the memories they preserve. Coins are more than pieces of metal—they are connections to history, heritage, and personal milestones. As a family business, we take pride in helping collectors and investors discover, preserve, and pass on these remarkable pieces for future generations.
You have multiples of a numbered product I am after, can I chose which number I get?
Unfortunately not, items are picked at random
My coin looks blemished, has milk spots. Can I return it?
All silver is vulnerable to an imperfection known as milk spots/white spots. As such we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Why are gold and silver coin prices higher than the spot price?
The spot price reflects the current market value of the raw metal only. The price of a gold or silver coin includes additional costs such as minting, refining, packaging, transportation, insurance, and dealer operations. Popular or limited-edition coins may also carry a premium due to their collectability and demand. As a result, precious metal coins are typically sold above the spot price.
