To help your order process without delay, please ensure your billing address matches the address registered with your payment card. Castle Coins reserves the right to cancel any order where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

    We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
